PASCAL DUBÉ, PH.D.

PRESIDENT

Dr. Dubé brings innovation, thoroughness and critical thinking to support the vision of our customers and identify promising new areas of science and technology for the company. Dr. Dubé’s extensive, multidisciplinary experience ranges from pharmaceutical R&D, to explosives and energetic materials, to reactive materials and powder metallurgy. Serving as a leader of our Research Programs, he oversees the seamless transition of our research portfolio into product development. Earlier in his career, oversaw a range of R&D activities at Pfizer’s Chemical Research and Development and at Nalas Engineering. The author of numerous journal articles and holder of several patents in many areas of synthetic chemistry, catalysis, scale-up, energetic materials, crystallization and reactive materials. Dr. Dubé completed a Ph.D. in organic synthesis at the Université de Sherbrooke and was a post-doctoral fellow at the University of California, Berkeley.
