CYNTHIA DUBÉ

Cynthia Dube joined MATSYS in 2018 and now serves as the Director of Engineering. Ms. Dube oversees MATSYS design and prototyping capabilities for reactive and non-reactive materials and leads our burgeoning automation and large-scale production efforts. Prior to her experience at MATSYS, Ms. Dube served as the technical lead at Nufern for the development and optimization of optical fibers for customers across multiple industries including aerospace and defense. At Ensign Bickford Aerospace and Defense (2015–2018), she led the design, manufacture, and testing of energetically actuated metal components for the space industry. Ms. Dube spent her early career at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) and Nalas Engineering on the characterization and scale-up of various energetic materials and their precursors.
