• Consolidated Material Extraction

In-house equipment is used to separate the can from the consolidated material so that it can then be machined to the required dimensions within required tolerance.
It also allows us to machine whatever can parts are required throughout the powder consolidation process.• Video of Large Diameter Consolidated HIP Can Lathing
• Complex Part Geometries
Proprietary processes allow us to create fully-dense materials in geometries that are not reproducible through standard machining operations and from materials not compatible with lost-wax or other foundry/casting processes.

If you have any powder consolidation requirements, let us help you meet them.
